Warranty and Returns

At Enth Degree, we take pride in the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. All of our products come with a warranty that complies with Australian Consumer Law. How to make a warranty claim

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Enth Degree. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Returns Procedure:

  1. Contact us to request a return authorisation within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.

  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided with the Return Authorisation Number. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance.

  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Conditions:

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

  2. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  4. We do not accept returns of items that are damaged or show signs of wear and tear.

  5. We do not accept returns of items that have been customised or modified in any way.
